power automate send the mail based on the option set value change.

Hi All,

I have two field in dcrm Internal Only(Option set) and status reason(Option set). Once Internal only Change Yes or No and Status reason Need To Review then power automate send the mail to the Knowledge are user.

Condition to send the mail.

Internal only  -----Yes

Status Reason ------Need To Review           then send the mail .

Internal Only ------No 

Status Reason ----- Need To Review          then send the mail.

    You can use normal workflow for this conditions.

    If you want to use power automate the you can follow below steps:

    1. Create a trigger point which will be "Internal only" and "Status reason" .

    2. Send an email to the recipients.

    natechamberlain.com/.../

    You can use a workflow to send an email when a particular field is updated.
