Custom integration with pbx

Hello everyone,
I have the following requirement:
1) I have an integration with a PBX system that you can send an http call to the client. (basic string of the dynamics specific app (customer workspace) )
2) I am going to set a /cellnumber/ parameter containing a phone number (?cellnumber=xxxxxxx ) that will be hooked to the base string mentioned in point 1.
What I would like to achieve:
1) The system will have to open for me the customer record on dynamics but the master data should be the one resulting from the search by phone number contained in the parameter:
  1a) The search should be done on multiple phone fields.
  1b) If the phone number is not found or is present multiple times the call should land on the global search.
 2) Opt but nice -> I would like to open the quick create call form.
 
Is this achievable ? what is the best strategy to minimize search/execution time?

    In order to do this, you need to use Direct Routing. There is some additional logic that will be required to integrate but I believe Microsoft has those API's open that will allow you to send those messages.
