How to view contact interactions in realtime marketing

Hi!

I just read this interesting blog post    But is there any other way to see contact interactions (email, form, website interactions etc) in realtime marketing then creating reports? We want to be able to see single contacts whole timeline of behaviour and interactions in the same way as in the insight view of contacts in Outbound marking today. Does anyone know if this is possible or how you can reach the same data in a similar way in realtime?

    Hi Anna,

    You may include RTM interactions in the default Contact timeline following this guide.

    As for the rest Insights, there is work in progress to display Contact Insights in RTM within Q2 2023.

    How about this idea? "Visualizing views in Dynamics 365 with Power BI".

    Just click the Visualize This View button and let Power BI automatically create a report based on the exact data you're looking at.

    Hi Anna,

    For Real-time marketing, you can check the analytics and Interactions data by following methods-

    • If you are working with a Journey, do check the analytics by clicking on the step where you send an email, that will open an Analytics tab on the right pane.
    • To check the performance of your email, you can directly go to the email you crafted and made ready to send and once it's through with the Journeys, you'll be able to see the Delivery Analysis and Interactions there.
    • You can also check the performances of the links, campaign success, bounce rates and many more by using Analytics tab in Realtime Marketing area on the navigation pane.
    • individually, you can check for a particular contact. In the timeline, you can find all the mails delivered, opened and similar data available.
