I just read this interesting blog post But is there any other way to see contact interactions (email, form, website interactions etc) in realtime marketing then creating reports? We want to be able to see single contacts whole timeline of behaviour and interactions in the same way as in the insight view of contacts in Outbound marking today. Does anyone know if this is possible or how you can reach the same data in a similar way in realtime?
