Async Client service does not start automatically

Async Client service does not start automatically in the store (Windows 10) even when it set to start automatically.

I have to start it manually.

 Could please assist me what I need to do ?

Our version : AX 2012 R3 .

    in services checked find AOS service general tab

    checked Event Viewer in Windows 10
