Good morning,
I have the following problem, there is a license plate that has the same ID as a location, and when we want to delete it, it tells us that there is an open transaction, we already tried to make an inventory closure of the article that is located in the license and also tried to mark that transaction with another outgoing one, to see if the transaction was settled in this way, but everything remains the same, I need to delete that license because otherwise I cannot use the location with WMS,
Can someone guide me, what else can I do?

        We also tried with that job but it did not solve the problem either,

    Hi Maximiliano,

    If you hit this problem again, and find you cannot delete the LP (even though it is empty) because there is a record in InventSum which is not Closed, there is a clean-up job called On-hand entries aggregation by financial dimensions which may help. You could try it if Inventory close was not able to close the record in InventSum.

    We try what you are indicating to us, as well as we also carry out an inventory closing,

    But we continued with the same problem,

    Finally, through a job, the Closed field was marked in the inventsum and with that the problem was solved.

    Hi Maximiliano,

    From the on-hand form, can you try to make an inventory adjustment and add the same quantity for the same location, under a different LP name ? And then go and adjust the on-hand for the initial license plate to zero ?

    Or try to make a movement, using the mobile device, and move the license plate to a different license plate ?
