Sending an email in a sequence from a specific user that is not the Owner of the contact

We would like to start using Sales Accelerator Sequences for email outreach to our Contacts, but have have a need to have the automated emails from the system sent out from a user other than the Owner of the Contact record. We have a custom security model in our environment, all of the Accounts and Contacts are owned by the same generic account and not the users themselves. When we attempt to send out an automated email, it attempts to send from the Owner, which is the generic account and isn't configured for email. We have a field that has the name of the user that the messages come from, or having it come from the owner of the Template would be fine, but I can't find any way to designate the the emails should come from anyone other than the Owner of the Contact record.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
