Sharepoint 2010 foundation Server With NLB and Cluster

Hi,

We are having Two AOS Servers(NLB with Non load Balancing Cluster),One DB server ,Two IIS Servers ,One SSRS Server.

 Two iis Server are configured  with NLB  ,what are all the steps for failover  configuration for AX EP
