Update Incident Service Tasks

Anyone know which "Field Service - System Action" copy's the Service Tasks to Work Order?

When a WO is created and the Incident type is selected it populates the associated service tasks. When the existing Incident type is changed it doesn't update the associated Service tasks on WO. I have tried running WF "Copy Incident Items to Work Order" however it doesn't update. I presume there is a flag or similar that shows it has already run and exits the WF. Hopefully if I can find the right type number to run it from a workflow.

Have found what in hindsight is the correct way to do it, will try and replicate with workflow to take care of the manual steps and update here if it works.

Select Service Tasks related to work order.

Select all Service tasks (all will have a tick) and Delete

    Now go to related Incidents

    Select Incident Type and Delete

Now select Add New Work Order Incident Type

Select Incident Type in new form

    Save and close

Refresh Browser and will have correct Service Tasks

I didn't realise but when you delete the Primary Incident from a WO and select a new on it clears the Customer Asset so it's no longer associated with the WO.

As you are creating / selecting a new one from the WO it maintains a relationship with WO and not Customer Asset. Might have to see what the WO to Incident Type relationship is.
