Hi All,

how documents can also be forwarded directly to the ocr service using email and i know how to do manually from incoming documents.

please let me know the process if any setup in navision for documents directly forwarded to ocr using email.

is it possible to document sending profile i tried already but i didn't get any information so any one have clear idea please let me know and i did RND also i never find this email setup to OCR.

when we enble this ocr two job queue entries will created automatically those codeunits 880,881 these will work for email attachments.

please clarify my doubts

1. our register email have documents then only ocr will work or any other email we can setup in navision ?

2. how to setup email to ocr service to get documents?

Hi,

1) register on OCR service and get inbox e-mail

2) send e-mail with pdf to this mail

3) service will create xml from pdf

4) import new line from service using (page 190, Import from OCR Service action)

Hi there,

At least the integrated OCR-service from Lexmark supports this Email-functionality.

You just need to setup Lexmark and NAV. No dev necessary.
