Retail 2012 R2 - Online Store - Publishing Status

I've created an online store, but I can't get it past Publishing Status of "In Progress".

It's in the retail organisation hierarchy, has a navigation hierarchy, has a catalog, has an assortment, have run A-1075_OC, A-0001_OC, plus probably all the other _OC jobs, all successfully completed, has a distribution location set up, financial dimensions. In a price group, I see prices in my Price List.

As I can't publish the store, I can't validate/publish the catalog.

Is there something not particularly obvious that must be set up in order to publish the store?

    Can you make sure that your SharePoint job RetailPublishingJob is up and running? By default it runs every minute, did you change that setting? Does the job report any errors? If the job reports errors but you think it doesn't show enough details you can find them in Event Viewer.

    If the info above doesn't provide any help you can keep narrowing down the issue by executing the following query against CRT DB (its default name could be something like AxRetailSp):

    SELECT *

    FROM RETAILONLINECHANNELPUBLISHSTATUS

    WHERE ONLINECHANNEL = YourChannelIdIsHere

    (the ID of the channel is a Record ID which can be seen in AX if you right click your channel)

    Does it return a row for your channel?

    Hello,

    I have the same Problem, but in AX 2012 R3.

    The Publishing Status of the channel is still "In Progress".

    In Job History of "Retail Publishing Job 1" I got the Error Message:

    "The specified default operating unit (00000021) was not found."

    But I Define the operating Unit Number in (OmOperatingUnit).OMOperatingUnitNumber while I created the Online Store.

    I look at the Table RETAILONLINECHANNELPUBLISHSTATUS, there is no entry for my Channel.

    What can I do now?

    We have the same problem.  When we run the select statement, we do receive a row of data and the record id matches the record id in AX.  What is the solution to this issue.  Where else can we look.

    1. What is the value in the column State (or Status) of that row?

    2. What is the status of RetailPublishingJob in SharePoint ?

    i've installed the online store for AX 2012 R3 CU8 , but it is not publishing. showing error "Invalid column name 'ISPUBLISHEDTOLOCAL'."  is there any setup or configuration to be done after online store installation. i can see the default "Contoso" signing page there.
