I see Canadian payroll update is available here: https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/northamerica/GP/downloads/service-packs/MDGP2018_PatchReleases

Where can i find the US YE update?

You are welcome. You actually could use either one if USA based. The Canadian code would just not be used.
