1099-NEC File Issues

Is anyone else having a problem with their 1099 NEC file? The IRS rejected the file and called it bad. The vendor addresses are in payment amount fields and the names are in a blank field so they show as missing. That’s just to name a few. The 1099-MISC is correct and has been accepted.
