I have problem with this "Date sent" field on Email activity form. Maybe I don't understand something, but when I create and send email from CRM this date is set correctly. But when I'm using "Dynamics 365 App for Outlook", and set "Tracking" on any email, this date is never set on CRM side.

No you cannot set it like that and these 2 fields are OOB fields and it cannot be changed.Pls have a look at this article.

Actually when you send email from CRM Date sent will be set and when it is tracked from outlook "Actual End" will be Set.Pls check it.
