Hi,

After create PR when Click on view distribution button in Financials TAB getting a cut mark like below screenshot .

When I did double check and found in the Ledger account field only 410601 Account structure value is displaying but it should display like

410601-HRO-COS-HO-HO-HO . like below screenshot .

Please suggest if any setup need to achieve this .

Hi Guys ,

Again i did double check and found after create PR when click on accounting distribution form and check the data source name is Accounting distribution table and this table have a relation with DimensionAttributeValueCombination like

AccountingDistribution.LedgerDimension == DimensionAttributeValueCombination.RecId

Now when i go in Accounting distribution table table field named LedgerDimension and click on drop down some data is displaying from DimensionAttributeValueCombination Table . in these data its catching data like below screenshot , it means only catching the main Account .

But it should catch data like below screenshot means Main account with financial dimensions .

Now please help me guys to catch the data which have Main Account and all financial dimension like ( 410698-ITD-COS-CEN-CRUH-NHO ) above screenshot from DimensionAttributeValueCombination .

Note - Actually this is stranded activity in ax and this activity is working properly with rest of companies & This is happening with only one company .

Account structures - Activate

Crete new PR Multiple time with multiple items

No customization all process working in stranded application

This issue is only for one company .

Are account structures activated?

Do you create a new PR with multiple items for different main accounts to test?

Does it have customization on this area?

Did it work fine before?

We used to get similar kind of issue. When we missing financial dimensions like business unit, sector

I just reproduce the issue by removing business unit from financial dimension on PR Line Details.

Reference screen:-

Please double check by the chance did u missed some thing at financial dimensions(It's based on your account structure)

I double check this account 410601 exist and its activate in the range in PS account structure .

Please check if account 410601 exists and is activated within the range of the main account in the corresponding account structure.
