Product discount (repost because I do not have any reply :( )

Good morning everyone, I have a question about the product discounts in the catalog :

I have to manage a double product discount:
 
Exaple :
Product ABC Unit price 10 Dollars
If the customer bought the product on >50 pz range has a 10% discont (easy - I managed this with the quantity discount)
 
BUT
I need to apply another discount that depending on the number of month of the subscriprion bought
 
Example
Product ABC unit price 10 dollars
qt : 50 pz = total 500 dollars 
discount for quantity 10%
Partial toal : 450 dollars
 
Subriscription for 24 month
Discount for 24 month subscription is 20%
 
How I can mangage this secon discount?
