Transfer changes in Electronic Reporter between environments

We modified a report at the Electronic Reporting tool in one of our test environment.
 
How to we copy these changes when we deploy a new test environment? or how do we copy these changes into the production envionments?
 
Our partner tells us that LCS used to be the container of these reports but it is being deprecated so we can no longer use LCS.
So what is the alternative?

    One option is simply exporting your configurations to files and importing them to another environment. But a better approach is using repositories. It's true that LCS is getting deprecated, but you can use Dataverse instead (example).
