customer insight form create lead instead of contact

Hi, I am trying to create lead from the form, but all I can see the fields are from contact, so it creates contact every time when submitted. Is there anyway, I can create lead through form?

There is a configuration that you can do to create Leads or Contacts, you can find it on the form.
