Project Id not available in DYNAMICS AX Timesheets screen for PROJECT SERVER 2010 integrated project

Hi,

I have successfully integrated the Project Server 2010 with Dynamics AX 2012R2 on a new VM that i had created. The projects that i am creating in Dynamics are also getting published on the Project server web page.........so the integration works.

As a next step when i tried to create a timesheet record for the Project Server integrated project in Dynamics AX, this project id is not listing in the project id lookup of the timesheet line. I tried to create a regular project in DAX (with proj server integration flag not marked) and this is getting listed in the timesheet project lookup. Is there any other step/setup to be done for the project server integrated projects for timesheet entry to be allowed for such projects?

    Project Server integration should have nothing to do with projects available for timesheets. A couple of things to look for: Are the projects in an "in process" stage? Do you have worker/project validation turned on? If so, do you have the workers entering time in the validation list?

    Thank you Brian for replying. The subsequent projects that i created are being shown in the timesheet screen. Must have been some missing setups as you say.
