Customer Payment Summary Inquiry missing life-to-date average

We have several customers missing their life to date average, year to date average however is present.

Both AR and AP were properly closed, this seems to only be impacting specific customers.

I do have a script from MSFT that was provided to resolve missing YTD averages, that worked however I do no feel comfortable modifying the script to try and resolve the LIFE to date average.

Does anyone have any suggestions on resolving this? I am at a standstill as my searching has no yielded this anywhere at this point.
