Production Picking List - Warehouse wise

Hi All, 

I have a scenario where the requirement is : Separate production picking list needs to be created for Raw-materials located at different ware-house.

Scenario:  Operation 10, five raw materials  consumed in the operation.  Two RM in A1 warehouse and remaining three in A2 warehouse. Picking list is created for all the five Raw materials in the same picking list form.

Is there any possibility where system can pick two different picking list according to warehouse?

    We had a similar situation.  In our case we either created a different operation or else customised the picking list report to print automatically by warehouse (a page per warehouse).  You can print a pick list by warehouse manually - hence filter the pick list report by warehouse
