Please advise the matter of purchase price trade agreement

I have configured a product having specified purchase price with vendor in trade agreement.

Once i create the PO line for this product with this vendor, the default purchase unit price will be shown.

Is it allowable to change that unit price (i.e. not follow the trade agreement's price)? Any financial impact?

Please advise.

BTW, As my D365 system has done a number of customizations, may i know any standard virtual environment for reference?

Hi J. Lee,

There is no issue with the system or financial impact if the user has the security role to override the Trade Agreement price,. The only issue is possibly with the breach of company's procurement policy if there is a protocol that would not allow that.
