Hi Lisa,
If you want to serve the same content over either multiple domains or subdomains you can add website bindings to be hosted on a single Portal. If you need to host different content over multiple domains or subdomains you would need more portal licenses.
Here is the related documentation:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/website-bindings
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/configure/websites

Hi Lisa,
A "page visit" will be recorded each time somebody visits a marketing page.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/insights-glossary (See the Page visited item.)
I would suggest you check the metric of a single landing page in Marketing Page > Insights to evaluate monthly visits of a single page, then make decision for how many landing pages should be hosted on PowerApps Portal.
Regards,
Clofly
