Using Marketing Lists in RT-Segments

Hi there,

as the transition moves on, I would like to use old marketing lists for RT Segments. So I can use them in journeys and so on. Nevertheless I can't reach the marketing list members. So my concern is that I can't use Marketing lists because the connection between the entities isn't actually Marketing List > Contact. As far as I know from Outbound Marketing Segments it is used to be Marketinlist > Listmember_list_contact.

Is that functionality now gone? Or is it just a wrong approach from my side?

    Hi,
     
    We have analyzed the information you have provided, please let me know that your issue is that the MKT List created by OBM is not available in the RTM Subdivision. Is this correct?
     
    Based on your information we tried to create an RTM Subdivision, unfortunately we were not able to reproduce your error.

    Also we noticed that if you create MKT List using OBM this RTM subdivision stays stuck in the /Getting Ready/ state. As you can see in the picture below

    We suspect this may be due to the fact that D365 Customer Insights is in the process of transitioning from OBM to RTM, and some of the OBM functionality is gradually being replaced by RTM.
     
    We will continue to look for a solution to this issue and will reply below if there is any progress.
