Restore failed in BC SaaS

Dear all, 
I have a restore failed (several times).
I want restore a Sandbox of 9 feb but i  have always an internal error

    Try restoring to a different point-in-time (slightly earlier/later) - that often fixes it. If it still fails, you’ll need to contact Microsoft support with the Operation ID, since this is a backend issue.
