Portal: Making notes editable for all users

Hi,

I want to allow all portal users to edit or delete Notes created by other portal users. Is this basically possible?

I have already created a global entity permission for Notes with all possible privileges and activated entity permissions in my entity form, let's say the entity is called "Cases". But when the "Cases" entity edit form is opened in the Portal, in the Notes list the context menu with the Edit link is only displayed if the Note was created by the logged in portal user. If the note was not created by the logged in portal user, the context menu is not displayed.
