Please is there possibility to migrate a Cloud Dyn 365 F&O CSP agreement (Hosting) to a Cloud EA agreement?

You cannot change the Azure AD tenant for an Azure CSP subscription.

In other hand, you can Migrate EA to Azure CSP.
