I'm reaching out to seek assistance with an issue with the Business Central Mobile App not working for External Users, I am thinking that it could potentially be related to Entra Tenant Trusts.
To provide some context for better understanding, we currently manage multiple Entra tenants from our Subsidiaries. Our responsibility involves hosting Business Central Environments for them, and they act as guests in our Entra Tenants with B2B invitations.
While they can access Business Central smoothly through the web version, they encounter the following error message when using the Business Central mobile application:
We believe that the external tenant is specifically searching for a Business Central Environment in their Entra Tenant, and not recognizing an instance in our tenant.
Maybe I am overlooking something? Any assistance is appreciated.
