I have read that Microsoft made the changes to the server-side-sync so emails sent from CRM will be saved to outlook Sent folder now. Is it only for CRM online? We have CRM 365 on prem and version is 9.0.18.12, a pretty recent version. We are using exchange on-prem server. I don't see this feature. Do I need to turn it on?
Thanks
Holly

It is possible to see docs.microsoft.com/.../server-side-synchronization
Sent Items folder: If your server version is 9.1.0000.16819 or greater, email messages sent from Dynamics 365 apps using a server-side synchronization enabled Exchange mailbox will be visible in the Sent Items folder in the Exchange sender mailbox. To determine your version, sign in and in the upper-right corner of the screen, select the Settings button (User profile Settings button) > About.
