Toggling on the Enhanced Emails in the App Setting of the Sales Hub not working

Posted on by 2,095

Hi all,

Quick question. I've been really excited about the new enhanced email functionality. Especially the contextual email function where emails pop up when creating. I read that you just have to toggle on the enhanced email toggle in the app setting of the Sales Hub model drive app and I did. I then went back to try and create a email and it is still taking me to the email record itself instead of the pop up.

Also another quick question. I remember reading somewhere that image attachments in emails can now be viewed contextually in the body of the email itself when it is referenced. Is this true? What about with copying images into a composed email in Dynamics? Will we still need to host that image and then copy it into the email body?

Kind regards,

Mike

    Hi Mike

Please do a hard refresh of the browser screen to reflect the change and then try it would work.
