Hi, we have NAV 2009 R2 installed which has a job that every 15 minutes need to check an outlook mailbox on the exchange server for mails and when matching the conditions create a return order.
This worked fine until our company moved the exchange server to Exchange 365. Now the job seems to 'hang' upon accessing the outlook server. Sometimes the job performs fine, then for no clear reason and no error message, the job hangs and can be stopped by restarting the NAV services.
- Is NAV 2009R2 compatible with Exchange 365?
- Any suggestions what may cause this problem?
