Edit Purchase Requisition

Hello everybody

I want to set vendor account in purchase requisition form, I pressed edit button, some field are changeable , but i could not set the vendor account since the field is not active. I have admin user access .  can anyone help me on this please.

    Hi zanyar,

    Your form says that the record is currently in review?

    Do you have a workflow setup where another person is just working on this record?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Yes , I set up workflow for purchase requisition.

    The status for this P.R is In review.

    Only one user have the access to edit the form

    If you use itemid (released product) it is not editable then the price will be defaulted from purchase agreement, vendor is from item master default vendor. 

    This price and vendor is editable when you use procurement category without item number.

    The overwrite is allowed by reviewing requisition task in workflow.

    Can you make sure that the user who has created the PR is the one who is also trying to edit it.
