Hi All,
I need to understand when we go-live (For e.g. Oct 2023) do what should be the following:
1) The leave plan start date
2) Enrollment date
3) Tier basis does it need to be on employment start date
Because what we have observed that because of some mismatch dates on the above some negative balance is getting updated as current balance of the employee.
Please advice what could be the issue.
