how to set a default Sales Responsible for a costumer

how to set a default Sales Responsible for a costumer, so when creating a new sales order, after selecting the customer, the sales responsible field is filled with a default sales responsible.

In D365, is there any session to set up this information?

Hello Miguel,

Does "Sales responsible" is associated with the Customer?

if yes then we can get the Sales responsible on the sales order form, from the Customer.

Thanks for your response.

The customer has a Employee Responsible but the table is different from the Sales Responsible in sales orders.

If Sales responsible table is related with the customer then you can easily populate the data on sales responsible field without any issue, by using the JavaScript with "on change " Event on customer field.
