Hello all,

Why user cannot logon DAX, show error - the server is not accepting new connections at this time

But admin did not click reject new user button,

Also sysserversessions table status is 0 , not 2 (2 should clicked reject new user button).

PS. Some user still can use DAX if they keep online.

You can think so, but not quite, in fact this kind of error occurs when AOS can't find the corresponding line when creating a new user session.

Restart AOS can fix this error.

But is that a system bug?

Restarting the respective AOS should resolve the issue
