I'm not sure if I'm missing some setup/masterfile/pricelist settings:
When I creating a Work Order Service entity record, the system fills in the product price list (inherited via mapping from the work order header).
When I select a service product, the system fills in Product Description, Primary Unit and Description from the Product entity record.
It does not fill in the unit price from the Price List Item entity record for that product and Primary Unit, There is also a default (list) price on the Product entity, Field Service tab and it does not fill in from that value either.
The unit cost is not filled in from the Product Entity, Field Service tab.
If I delete the Price List filled in from the Work Order header and reselect it (the same one), the system fills in the correct unit price, but does not fill in the unit cost.
I've looked for Flows, Processes, Business Rule, Business Process Workflows, and field level events on the price/cost and product controls and see nothing.
Has anyone encountered/fixed this or could I have some set up issues ?
