Item showing as non-stocked item while in configuration of items it's set as stocked

When creating GRN, need to update the line in registration section, however after clicking I don't get any other window like the others, If I generate the GRN it's not updating the inventory.

If I go to correct PO manually option, the inventory quantity is showing blank and inventory deliver reminder is showing 0, this is a stocked item as checked in product information management.

any suggested solution is highly appreciated.

Can you elaborate? What exactly do you mean by "other window like the others"? What exact parameters have you set when opening the posting product receipt?

Please check if your item model group has the stocked product checkbox checked.

Unfortunately, I'm still not able to understand your question/issue. Can you share the detailed steps you perform and at what step something goes wrong where for other GRNs it works correctly?

Hi,

Its not very clear from your screenshots that what exactly is the issue you are facing. Are you saying that though you have item as stock but you are not able to perform registration during product receipt?

If yes then you need to check why registration is require? This is not required for all stocked items (Generally done when you have batch /serial number for item)

This registration configuration is defined on item model group as registration requirement
