How can I replicate the action to import user Personalizations in Power Automate?

Which entity/table should I use?

I do import them in the UI as an .xml file as the attached

    Hi Jorge,

With the Saved view functionality, you can publish it to a security role. New users will then inherit these personalized views.

    Hi Andre Arnaud de Calavon

We would like to automate the process when adding a user to F&O.

As part of the user creation we do set Personalization settings importing a number of .xml files (using the UI)

There are sometimes, where wehave large amount of new users, thats why we would like to automate it

    Hi Jorge,

Can you explain why you want to import personalizations via Power Automate? There are standard features provided by Microsoft to export, import and distribute personalizations. What are the gaps with the standard features that you try to look at Power Automate?

    Hi Jorge,

I don't think you have an entity for user personalization. But there is a table named "SysPersonalization".But its not allowing to open table browser it as it have access level set to "No access".

Check whether in power automate you have something similar to that.

    Thanks,

    Girish S.
