Hi everyone,
Whenever I try to convert a Case to a Word document using a Word template I get the following error:
There's no error log so I cannot find the possible cause. I'm a Sysadmin so there's no issues with security.
I'm new to this so any help is welcome!

UPDATE:
One of my 1:N relationships from Case was causing this issue. It was an OOTB relationship msdyn_incident_msdyn_casesuggestion_suggestedentity. I removed that relationship from the template and it was okay. Not sure what the cause is though.

Sorry for my late.
It is due to system design that if we are not adding any data to word template from the virtual entity, we don't need to add the relationship to template.
That's why we remove relationship named "msdyn_incident_msdyn_casesuggestion_suggestedentity" can resolve the issue.
