Dimension combination repeating in Budget Control Statistics report

Hi,
 
What is the reason that the dimension combination is repeating 2 times in Budget Control Statistics Report, once for+ve and once for -ve values? Why is it not merging the two together?

    Are these values posted separetly in different months or in different way? 
     
    May be check on any of the attribute which might be different for these , is negattive coming from one entry or multiple?

    In the Budget Control Statistics by Period report, you see the same dimension combination appearing twice—once with a negative amount and once with a positive—due to different transaction sources or statuses (e.g., one might be a reversal, pre-encumbrance, or correction).
     
    This happens especially if budget checks are triggered at multiple stages like requisition, purchase order, or invoice. The report does not merge these because it reflects transaction-level entries affecting budget consumption. To validate, check the source documents or voucher transactions tied to each line.
     
    For a merged view, consider building a custom Power BI report or using Financial Reporter to net values at the dimension combination level.
