Handling Under Deliveries for GIT Orders via Mobile App

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with Landed Cost and receiving Goods in Transit (GIT) orders through the Warehouse Mobile App. My goal is to ensure that all short receipts are processed as under delivery transactions.

Here's the current setup:

  • I'm using the Mobile Device Menu Item with the Work Creation Process: Goods in transit item receiving.
  • After that, I use a separate menu item to perform a simple put-away.

The issue I'm facing is that, unlike the Goods in transit item receiving and put away process, the simple Goods in transit item receiving does not provide the "Enable shipping container complete" option. As a result, the system does not generate under delivery transactions for short receipts.

My question is:
Is there an alternative way to trigger under delivery transactions when using only the Goods in transit item receiving process (without the combined put-away step)?

Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

    Good day,

I believe there is not a proper workaround. My advice is to consider a customization and to raise an idea on the ideas portal of Microsoft. Link to the ideas portal: https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/

    Best regards,
