    Hi Tahaora,

Did you ask the users what they were executing exactly on the moment there is a crash? Could it be related to customizations or an add-on? Are the clients missing a certain component which is referenced by x++ logic?

    Hi Andre

Exactly AX client was not stable that every 15 Minutes the application was closed after the warning message "The server has terminated the session, The client will now close" then the session will close direct

Yesterday our ERP consultant advised us to disable the option "Enable Network Attack Blocker" in our Antivirus of Kaspersky in the application server so after that our issue solved properly

In the following you can review his email:-

Please note that the only option in AX to control Automatic shutdown is from user options

I did some research and I found the following:

The client sessions is terminated, if it is outside APPLICATION server only. for example if the client is opened from terminal server it will disconnect after a while. But if it is opened inside the APPLICATION Server itself it will work fine without any termination which it means it is not a system issue.

I reviewed event viewer and I can see info that “no ping from client session” so it means network is lost or interrupted from client or server side.

And I checked Kaspersky on APPLICATION server and I can see message below “intrusion attempts detected and blocked”

Since 24 hours we didn't face this issue again so thank you so much

    Thanks for the feedback,

So, it was a policy in Kaspersky which caused the disruption.
