Hierarchies and Reporting relationship

Hello experts!

I am seeking for some advice regarding a scenario that I am trying to built in Talent (organisation administration & leave and absence entity).

We have a group of employees who have a manager A. The same group might be working on various projects and when submitting their request for annual leave, we expect them to submit it not to their Manager but to another manager , let's call him manager B.

We are trying to built this reporting relationship in the system and I am still facing major issues finding out any documentation and if this is even feasible within Talent. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, for Group of employees A > Manager A = Group of employees A > annual leave request goes to manager B

Hi Maria,

You can create a hierarchy in which a group of employees report to the manager B and then associate this new hierarchy to related workflow.

Or you can just select the ‘User’ for workflow assignment element.
