Hello,

We're trying to post sales invoice by batch in Production environment, but the jobs fails systematically with only the following error in the log:

Batch task ended. An error occurred during update Batch task failed: Posting An error occurred during update.

Manual Posting works fine, we couldn't reproduce the issue on a similar environment to Production (code and data)

any ideas on how to resolve this issue ?

I suggest to move the production database to a dev environment and use to Visual Studio to debug the process. You will be able to see what is causing this exception.

Hi Anton,

I've already refreshed to an environment with same data/code as production and I can't reprouce. Order invoices are posted with no issues

Since it's the production environment, I suggest to raise a support ticket with Microsoft support via LCS. By the way, do you have any customisations in that specific step / process that could possibly cause this?
