Hello,

When going to Close Quote we get this window:

1/ I can't locate this fields in the Quote or Quote Close tables, does anyone know where they are?

2/ We want to change default option on Create a revised Quote to No but also can't find where to do this.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Hi,

Our team analyzed the issue you raised and found that the interface shown in your picture belongs to the Quote entity's form. We then imported the entity into Ribbon Work Bench to customize the Close Quote button, and found that it is controlled by a web resource.

We can find this web resource in our browser developer tools.

This means that you can customize this JavaScript file and import it into the solution, and then use Ribbon Workbench to replace the button's control file with the customized one.
As you can see below, these variables in this function control some basic information about the window, which you can try to change.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang

When you actually close the quote by clicking 'OK' on the 'close quote' form you are showing in the screenshot, you'll notice that a record will be created in the 'quote close' table. You are correct, the columns are not visible (or editable) in powerapps.
