Since last sunday we are not able to track mails to D365 Sales from Outlook 2019.
The error received is:

Greetings! Chunk load error ideally due to issue in downloading JavaScript files to perform some operation.
Suggestion-1 : Just try to clear cache from Browser as well as Prefetch & %temp% files (if possible) from the server because most likely some process may got hang or malfunctioned on the server .
Suggestion-2 : Just try to restart the server hope this issue resolved.
If still facing the issue then can I check with you if you have any additional customization or any recent changes related to Dynamics 365 Sales & Outlook Client / /patch updates in the server ?
