PTE Timesheets Not Submitting for One Employee

Hello:

Up until recently, an employee's timesheets have been successfully submitted from within the PTE Timesheet Entry window in GP.

As of yesterday, however, PTE Timesheets for this employee disappear upon clicking "Submit". This is the only employee whose timesheets are disappearing.

The resulting batch, after clicking "Submit", reflect 0 for both the number of timesheets and the dollar amount.

I ran PA Check Links on “Timesheets”, but no errors were found. And, I looked into many tables in SQL and could not find the missing timesheets.

Is this something that is to be fixed in the PS Time and Expense web app, or can it be fixed in GP?

Is there some form of GP maintenance that can be run for PTE? If not, what SQL scripting can be run to fix this?
