    Hello Priya,

    What has been done yesterday?

There must have been a change if it worked yesterday.

Can you describe what has been changed?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig

There are no changes I have done from code prospective.

    1. I have taken only latest code from TFS, build & sync it

     2. Tried to confirm order using batch job but job got failed (till yesterday I have confirmed order manually but now when i tried to confirm manually, now I am getting confirmation error)

Above mentioned activity only i did today.

    Hello Priya,

Did you get any error message during the sync / build process?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Hi Priya , You can use dubugger or ask your dev to debug this for you, if you dont know how to do it to know the root cause of the error.  Error is very generic and difficult to guess what could be the wrong.

    Hi Priya_D365,

I received the same error when trying to confirm a sales order.  We solved this by checking the customer delivery address defined in the sales order and found a syntax error in the customer delivery address zip code, which caused an error when the system attempted to calculate sales tax (VAT).  Once the zip code was corrected, the error went away and the sales order confirmed.

    Thanks

    Hi,

The error screenshot is too general, so in this case I would recommend you to debug to get the actual place where the error is thrown or at least we can have some routes to follow and investigate further.

    Thanks
