How can i include 1 resource in more than 1 pool. Pool is like group of people have same characteristics, now if i have 2 pool and i want some members to be in both so that later i can decide that this one goes to this job so in that pool i use another resource. Basically I want to know how will it be possible to include resource in more than 2 pool.

Hi Ravi, at any given time a resource can only be part of 1 pool. This is by design, otherwise the system would not have a chance to calculate the capacity of the pool.

on this line my resources pool field is set to yes for derive resource capacity from pool. It does not bring any numbers to me, how can i derive that. there are 4 resource in my pool whose working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
When you click on "Additional capacity" it will open another row that shows if there is capacity available (not 4 rows).
