I have a concern regarding the work order generation. In the agreement the record generation time is as follows:


In the field service settings, the Record generation time is set to the following:

It's been two days that the WO's bookings are not being generated and we are doing it manually.
The record generation time in the agreement is taking a different date/time than the field service settings.

Is it because the Agreement record generation is different from the Record generation in the field service settings? If so, why is it not taking the default record generation time that is set in the field service settings?
I have also read the below very well and I believe there is something wrong with our setup:

How can we resolve this issue behavior?
