Hello, I am unable to access the XRMtool box. Below is the error screen shot, could someone please assist with this error?
Hi partner,
According to the error message, please check the following points.
1.Check your connection in Xrm Toolbox.
2.Since You are using CRM2013, you could try to use other version of xrmtoolbox.
3.Delete the connection file in XrmToolBox\Connections\ and try again.

Hi,
Check your credential i.e User Name and Password is correct.
Can you send the format of CRM URL which you have used to connect to XRMToolBox.
Is this error only coming when using Advanced Chart Editor? Can you try other plugins in xrmtoolbox and see if it works.
